Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they inform Voyage Limousine by phone whenever necessary.
Cancellation requests must be made in advance as follows:
Sedan and SUV one-way transfers require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up or before dispatch.
Van, Bus, and Specialty vehicle bookings for one-way transfers, hourly charters, and special events necessitate a 72-hour notice period.
Failure to adhere to these cancellation terms will result in the reservation being classified as a Late Cancellation or No-Show, incurring the full charge, including Suggested Gratuities.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. If circumstances arise where clients are dissatisfied, refunds will be considered based on the situation. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
